3 tbsp KetoLiving LCHF Vanilla Shake powder
6 tbsp water
1 egg
125g slivered almonds
1/2 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, ginger (optional)
- Heat oven to 160°C. Whisk together egg & water until fully combined. Whisk in KetoLiving Vanilla. Stir in slivered almonds.
- Spoon mixture onto parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes.
Yields 8 large cookies
